Roll 1 tbs of mixture into a ball and place on tray, flattening into a disc. Repeat with remaining mixture, allowing room for spreading. Place in the middle of the oven and bake for 15 mins or until golden brown. Allow to cool on trays before transferring to a wire rack. Store in an airtight container. Serving and storing leftovers: Serve immediately or store in an airtight container outside the fridge for up to 3 days or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Freeze for up to 4 months.
