51 INGREDIENTS 1 cup (130g) Wholesome Child gluten-free flour mix 1 cup (120g) almond flour or meal 1/3 cup (25g) psyllium husks 1 tbs baking powder 1/2-1 tsp sea salt 1 egg 11⁄2 cups (375ml) almond milk 2 tbs sesame seeds INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. In a large bowl, combine gluten-free flour mix, almond flour, psyllium husks, baking powder and salt. In a smaller bowl, combine egg and almond milk. Pour egg mixture into flour mixture and stir through until well combined. Leave to sit for 5 mins. Divide and roll dough into 8 equal-sized buns and place on baking tray. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and bake in the oven for 40-45 mins. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serving and storing leftovers: Serve immediately, store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 6 months.
